    For locomotion, Tlaloc relied on an advanced hoverchair.

History:
(Conan 2099 I#1) - King Tlaloc led a group of six fellow conspirators who operated from higher-technology buildings on the outskirts of Conan's lands. Tlaloc assured his followers that his rule would be just and urged them to rise against King Conan and bury him where no one would ever find him. However, Conan had already infiltrated their meeting place and he suddenly burst into the room, shattering Tlaloc's transparent headpiece and killing him with his axe. Conan then killed another conspirator while the surviving men fled.

    King Tlaloc's height and weight were impossible to approximate, as he was only ever seen sitting, and his eye color was also impossible to determine due to his eyes usually being obscured by his helmet. The only shot we get of his unobscured eyes is his death image seen above and his eye is drawn to just be a black dot. --Proto-Man
