History:
(Daredevil: The Movie#1 (fb)) – Wilson Fisk was an enforcer known as the Kingpin. For a time, he worked for Fallon and was tasked with killing Jack Murdock. After waiting for him following a boxing match against John Romita, Fisk, along with a group of unidentified thugs, beat and killed Murdock, leaving a rose on his body before leaving.

(Daredevil: The Movie#1 (fb) - BTS) – Years later, Wilson became a successful businessman, founding Fisk Corp, which had its own building in New York. One of the Kingpin's business partners was Nikolas Natchios, who was aware of Fisk's criminal activities. Fisk had long managed to operate in the shadows and maintain his anonymity, though New York Post reporter Ben Urich had attempted to expose him. A woman named Lisa Tazio, who was acquainted with one of the Kingpin's men, leaked information to Urich but Fisk, upon learning of this, ordered her murder and all the blame was placed on Duante Jackson.

(Daredevil: The Movie#1) – Kingpin soon received Nikolas Natchios in his office at the Fisk Building. After reading Urich's article, "Kingpin of Crime: Man or Myth," Natchios speculated that the information had been leaked by someone in Fisk's inner circle, though Fisk dismissed this as unlikely. Fearing for his life, Natchios then announced his intention to sever ties with Fisk and proposed a buyout, noting that lawyers had already prepared the contracts. Wilson responded by asking, with a sardonic smile, how Nikolas' daughter Elektra was doing. Kingpin was displeased after his meeting with Nikolas so he subsequently instructed his aide Wesley Owen Welsh to create a paper trail that could be traced back to Natchios in order to frame and expose him to the media, and hired Bullseye to eliminate Nikolas.

Wilson Fisk subsequently attended the Black and White Ball, where Foggy Nelson and Matt Murdock bumped into him. Nelson extended his hand to Fisk and introduced himself, and Fisk, saying he'd heard about the Nelson and Murdock law firm, instructed Wesley to give them his business card. Matt refused to work with Fisk in any way, saying that he only accepted innocent clients. Later, Fisk approached Nikolas Natchios and mockingly remarked that he hadn't seen Elektra so happy since before her mother's death, adding that "history has a way of repeating itself." Nikolas recognized this as a threat and quickly left, taking Elektra with him.

When Bullseye successfully completed the task and killed Nikolas Natchios, the Kingpin praised him and was also pleased that the blame had been pinned on the vigilante Daredevil. He then ordered the assassination of Elektra. Thanks to information from Ben Urich, Daredevil, having learned that Wilson Fisk was indeed the Kingpin, soon infiltrated his office in the Fisk Corp building. Fisk shot Daredevil in the shoulder with a pistol and caught a billy club that was thrown at him. The Kingpin then removed Daredevil's mask and learned that Matt Murdock was behind it. When Fisk confirmed that he had killed Jack Murdock, Matt angrily threw a billy club into a fish tank and when Fisk was distracted and turned, attacked him from behind and knocked him down. The Kingpin threatened to reveal Daredevil's secret identity but Daredevil replied that it would look pathetic if he claimed to have been defeated by a blind man. Daredevil prepared to avenge his father but stopped himself before striking and, sparing Fisk, left the building. The Kingpin was subsequently arrested by the police.

Earth-43433 is an alternate version of Earth-701306, serving as the setting for the comic book adaptations of Daredevil and Elektra films. While Daredevil: The Movie doesn't deviate much from the film, also integrating scenes from the Director's Cut, the most significant difference would be Daredevil impaling Bullseye with a shard of glass before throwing him through a church window. Elektra: The Movie deviates more significantly from the source material, allowing both comics to be placed in an alternate reality.

The Kingpin's weight and height are approximated from Michael Clarke Duncan, who played him in the film Daredevil.
