History:
(Six-Gun Western I#1/4) - While on the run from the law, Kid Yukon came
to a ranch owned by Wes Carson. Kid Yukon asked if Mr. Carson would
stake him to a meal, which Carson agreed to. Kid Yukon wondered if
Carson had many ranchhands on his spread. Wes admitted he and his son
Danny were the only ones on the spread. When he asked who the
gunslinger was, Kid Yukon told him his alias. Wes recognized him as
being wanted "from here to the Rio Grande!"
Kid Yukon's hands hovered over his six-guns as he asked whether Wes intended to try turning him over to the law. Wes noted that Kid Yukon was supposed to be a fast draw and that he knew better than to try and beat him. Kid Yukon told Wes to drop his gun belt so he could be sure of no further trouble. Wes complied, surprising Danny. Kid Yukon told Danny that his father was no match for him. When Kid Yukon remarked that Danny looked like "a nice kid," Wes told him to leave Danny alone. Kid Yukon responded by slapping Wes in the face.
Convinced that he had cowed Wes, Kid Yukon ordered him to feed and hide him for a while until he was ready to ride for the border. When that time came, Kid Yukon intended to take Wes' best horse. He also suggested he might take Danny with him and "make a man out of him!" Danny pretended to be interested in the Kid's offer and wondered if Kid Yukon would teach him draw and shoot like him. When Kid Yukon affirmed that he would and that perhaps Danny would become a famous outlaw like him, this upset Wes. Kid Yukon still believed Wes was too afraid of him to act and drew him gun to ward him off but Wes dove at him then beat him up in a fistfight. When Kid Yukon was reduced to begging Wes to stop beating him, Wes challenged Danny to answer whether Kid Yukon was his "hero." Danny answered that Kid Yukon was "yellow," just as he suspected.
Danny then revealed he'd never intended to leave with Kid Yukon and had only feigned interest to help his father gain the upper hand. The father and son tied up Kid Yukon then put him back on his horse and began escorting him to the law.
Comments: Created by Stan Lee and Reed Crandall.
If he was from the Yukon then I suppose he was a Canadian outlaw.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Kid Yukon should not be confused with:
Danny CarsonDanny Carson was Wes Carson's son. When Kid Yukon visited their ranch and the outlaw expressed an interest in him, Danny pretended to be interested in becoming an outlaw like Kid Yukon. When Kid Yukon suggested he'd make Danny into his sidekick and take him across the border, Wes was made angry enough to stand up for his son and fight Kid Yukon. The father and son tied up the defeated outlaw and together they escorted him to the law.
--Six-Gun Western I#1/4
Wes CarsonWes Carson was Danny's father. He owned a ranch somewhere in the southwestern USA. When Kid Yukon came to his ranch to stock up on supplies before heading to the border, Wes recognized him as a notorious outlaw but was reluctant to try and match him in gun-play, knowing his reputation as a fast draw. Kid Yukon mistook Wes for a coward and suggested he might take Danny with as his new sidekick. With that, Wes attacked Kid Yukon and bested him in hand-to-hand fighting. Tying up the outlaw, he escorted him to the law.
