At least sometimes based out of Brataslavia, he felt himself to be untouchable there.

golinski-ivan-6216-dh Although apparently unable to get to Golinski via their normal operatives, perhaps for political reasons or due to the amount of protection he was afforded, GEIST sent their operative Death's Head to presumably kill or capture him.

(Amazing Fantasy II#20) - As Golinski fired an automatic weapon futilely, the massively armed Death's Head approached him, guns-a-blazing.

Comments: Created by Simon Furman and James Raiz.

According to Wikipedia: Quartermaster is a military term, the meaning of which depends on the country and service. In land armies, a quartermaster is an officer or enlisted soldier who supervises logistics and requisitions, manages stores or barracks, and distributes supplies and provisions.
