Powers/Abilities: Captain America possessed enhanced strength, speed, agility, endurance and reaction time due to the Super-Soldier serum. He is a master strategist, charismatic leader and formidable combatant due to training in multiple martial arts styles. He used a 2.5 foot diameter shield composed of a nearly indestructible iron/Vibranium alloy in combat. His right arm was a cybernetic prosthesis made of an unrevealed metal, which presumably granted him superhuman strength.

History:
(Prelude to Deadpool Corps#1 (fb) - BTS) - The United States of America
were divided when fascists in the government imposed their will on the
people. After a schism in the United States Congress top-ranking
generals took sides, several states declared independence and a civil
war between loyalists to the government and those opposing it broke out.
Captain America sided with the government and became best leader on the
battlefield.
(Lady Deadpool#1) - Captain America met with heiress Shoshanna Einhorn, retired admiral Senator Arnold Prior and Bajillion Squillion Corp founder Tristan Sheen in the cafeteria of Sheen's company. Sheen expected Prior to give him Captain America as his personal agent.
Sheen eventually asked Cap to bring in his pet project, former actor Charles Randolph Fey, who had gone rogue, but Cap considered him harmless at that point. Sheen was glad he had Sloane as a mole near Fey.
(Lady Deadpool#1 - BTS) - Sloane convinced Cap that Fey was a threat to homeland security with his anti-government speech tour.
(Lady Deadpool#1) - While Fey was interrupted in a private moment with Sloane by his bodyguard Deadpool (Wanda Wilson), Cap also arrived on the scene and told Charles Randolph Fey III to put on his pants. Deadpool annoyed him for a moment, but then was knocked out with a taser by Sloane. Annoyed by the lack of camaraderie between the women, Cap finally revealed to Fey that he would take him into custody because he was deemed a threat to homeland security. Despite some resistance Cap took Fey to an inbound calling center where Sheen confronted Fey, whom he had turned into the famous actor he was through plastic surgery and promotion. Deadpool tried to free Fey, but Cap was there to stop her and beat her up even though he didn't like beating up women. Deadpool stabbed him in the upper body with a dagger to knock him out. Unfortunately Fey was shot by Sheen and Sheen was accidentally killed by a dying Fey with a nunchaku.
(Deadpool: Merc with a Mouth#7) - Under the safety of giant robot Sentinels firing on rebels, Captain America led loyalist troops into battle with the rebels. Deadpool (Wanda Wilson) kicked him in the head and Cap was ready to finally rid the nation of her. He offered her one last chance to stop the rebellion and swear loyalty to the government because her example would mean a lot to the other rebels, but she had no interest to support a fascist government and their surveillance state. Cap wasn't too surprised and was ready to end her, but got kicked in the chest by the dimension hopping Deadpool from Earth-616, who immediately hit on his female counterpart. Cap hit the distracted Deadpool with his shield and mistook Deadpools for twins. Cap faced off with the two Deadpools and held them at bay until Deadpool from 616 tossed the decapitated head of Earth-2149's zombified Deadpool at him. The zombie head bit Cap's right arm, which gave the other two Deadpools a chance to knock him to the ground with kicks to his head and then pummel him while he was on the ground. To make sure that the zombie plague from Earth-2149 wouldn't spread on this world as well, 616's Deadpool cut off Cap's arm and took it and the zombie Deadpool's head, which kept biting the arm, with him to another reality.
(Prelude to Deadpool Corps#1 (fb) - BTS) - At some point Steve received a metal arm and was promoted to General America. He led the loyalist troops to Washington DC in an attempt to recapture the city.
(Prelude to Deadpool Corps#1) - General America entered the fray after Deadpool took out several tanks of the loyalist forces with a rocket launcher. He knew that Deadpool was behind the attack because he heard she was sent there to delay them. He tried to have the helicopters sent in to deal with the situation called off because he knew they were easy targets for Deadpool. After Deadpool had taken down the helicopters as he had feared, General America faced off with her. He asked her to just stop because it wouldn't be a fair fight because she was wounded and he was right again. General America beat her up with his shield and metal arm, but before he could land his final blow, Earth-616's Deadpool teleported in once again to interrupt and kick General America in the face. With a bleeding nose and out for revenge for costing him his arm, General America fought the alternate Deadpool with all his ferocity until his reality's version stabbed him through the lower leg. Deadpool-616 then just knocked him out with his sword handle. The two Deadpools then teleported away for a mission in Reality-616.
