History:

(Punisher XIV#1 (fb)) - Stephanie married Joe Garrison, a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent who worked as a "gravedigger," performing assassinations. Stephanie and Joe had two children, Laura and Danny. One day, the Garrison family took a trip to a lake and Joe and Stephanie relaxed together while Laura and Danny played together. Joe told Stephanie he was concerned about his past as a "gravedigger," but Stephanie insisted it was all in his past now and he could finally "come back" to his family. Stephanie told Joe he was a good man and she hoped one day he'd see that in himself.

(Punisher XIV#2 (fb) - BTS) - While working as a secretary for her employers, Stephanie discovered her employers were sending payments to a terrorist organization - JIGSAW. Stephanie flagged the payments. Unfortunately, JIGSAW then ordered her death.

(Punisher XIV#1 (fb)) - JIGSAW hired the assassin the Sokovian to plant a bomb in Stephanie's house. When the bomb went off, it killed her, Danny and Laura. Joe witnessed the explosion and assumed it had been planted by his enemies.
