History:
(
Supreme Power: Nighthawk#1 (fb) - BTS) - Fabbo had an arrangement with the administrator of the Elgin Federal Mental Facility to perform a yearly "group birthday party" for the kids in the juvenile ward.

(Supreme Power: Nighthawk#1) - Showing up for his yearly appearance, Fabbo heardly an orderly -- who was moving the seemingly unresponsive Steven Binst -- tell a guard who had instructed him to take him back to his room, "F! you," and he replied, "Not until I meet your parents."

When the orderly noted that to be funny, Fabbo reminded him that he WAS a clown, and he asked if there was anywhere around there he could smoke.

The orderly replied that he was going to have a smoke himself and noted that there was a bathroom on the second floor that not ever used. fabbo-31916-binst

After replying, "Fa-bulous!" Fabbo noted that he needed to fix his hair and makeup, and he then confirmed that he was there for the "poor dears" in the juvenile ward.

When the orderly led him Fabbo away to that bathroom, Fabbo asked about the guy in the wheelchair the orderly had been transporting.

The orderly said not to worry about him as he was a "f$%#ing vegetable" Fabbo replied, "What a coincidence -- I'm a f$%#ing fruit!"

When the orderly said he had done a fantastic job with his make-up, Fabbo then flirtingly commented that that wasn't the only thing he did well, and the two men went into the bathroom together. fabbo-31916-beaten

After Fabbo had given the orderly oral pleasure, the man noted that Fabbo had not been kidding, after which Fabbo sent the other man back out while he freshened up his clown makeup.

(Supreme Power: Nighthawk#1 (fb) - BTS) - The orderly was distraught to see that Binst had vanished from his wheelchair.

(Supreme Power: Nighthawk#1) - When Fabbo heard the door opening behind him, he assumed it was the orderly coming back for more, and he noted that it had been a one-time performance.

However, he soon saw in the mirror that the person who had entered was instead the man who had been in the wheelchair.

(Supreme Power: Nighthawk#2) - Binst smashed Fabbo's face into the mirror and then sink faucet, dazing him, and then held his head under water until he apparently drowned, after which he let Fabbo's body drop to the ground.

(Supreme Power: Nighthawk#2 (fb) - BTS) - Binst used Fabbo's makeup to replicate his appearance and then donned his clothes and wig.

(Supreme Power: Nighthawk#2 - BTS) - As the disguised Binst departed, one of the security agents told him, "See you next year, Fabbo."

Using Fabbo's car keys, Binst took Fabbo's decorated car and departed.
