Powers/Abilities: Elektra is an
expert combatant, especially proficient with her twin sai.
After becoming a
vampire, she manifested pointed fanged teeth and the ability to sense
the blood in living individuals (humans and animals alike), including
through walls.
She also inherited the
vampiric weakness to sunlight,
which was lethal to her, but was unaffected by the holy cross that she
had made herself.

History: (Elektra: Black, White & Blood#1/1 (fb) - BTS) - Elektra lived in a small mountain village with her child.
(Elektra: Black, White & Blood#1/1) - Elektra was ambushed by a group of six vampires, who drank her blood, intending to make her into one of their own. Shortly after she died, Elektra got back up and reached for her twin sai. The vampire leader said that she had to join them or suffer alone, and Elektra replied that she was not alone. She made a holy cross with her sai, scaring the other vampires, and fought them until all were either dead or fled.
Knowing what she had
to do, Elektra returned home to see her child one last time. She
sensed
his or her blood with a touch, waking the child up. Elektra put him or
her back to
sleep and told him or her to find her after waking up.
Elektra then walked
outside,
feeling hunger and sensing the blood in her sleeping neighbors and
their livestock. Resisting the urge to feed, Elektra put her sai in
the
ground and waited for the sunrise, which incinerated her and left only
charred bones for her child to find.
Elektra's physical characteristics are taken from her Earth-616 counterpart. Her nationality and full name are not assumed to be Greek because of the aesthetics of the story not matching the modern era.
This profile was completed 12/23/2025 but its publication was delayed, as it was intended for the Appendix's 25thanniversary celebratory event.
