Powers/Abilities: Frank was a stupid drunkard equipped with a large supply of liquor and beer. While inebriated he could use a TV remote and was pretty good at feeling sorry for himself, but lacked the skill to drive a car or do anything else useful. Once upon a time he was very athletic.

History:
(Steeltown Rockers#3 (fb) - BTS) - Frank was a track star in high school
and won several trophies. He also got together with his future wife
around that time.
(Steeltown Rockers#1 (fb) - BTS) - Years ago Frank took a picture with his son Giovanni and their dog (looked like a pitbull to me).
(Steeltown Rockers#1 (fb) - BTS) - Frank was laid off when the still mill he worked at closed. He hasn't looked for a job since then and instead got drunk on a daily basis in front of the TV.
(Steeltown Rockers#1) - Frank was sitting in the basement in his recliner and getting drunk while switching through TV channels until he stayed on Gilligan's Island. He ignored his son telling him that dinner was ready.
Later that night he had fallen asleep in his recliner. His son turned off the TV, took his glass and covered him with a blanket.
(Steeltown Rockers#2) - Giovanni (known as Johnny) got home at 11:30 PM and found his father asleep in his recliner again and it was burning because he was smoking and dropped his cigarette on the armrest. Johnny snuffed out the fire with a blanket.
(Steeltown Rockers#3) - At 12:19 AM Frank was already so drunk that he dropped his glass in the kitchen by accident. He just got a new glass and filled it with whiskey while feeling sorry for himself because he didn't get steak for dinner and his family always asked him about money and nobody ever pat him on the back for all he did for them. He locked at a photo from his time at a track star and tossed it away. His son got home and asked him what he was up to, but Frank was too busy filling his trophy with more alcohol. Johnny tried to take it away from him and Frank spilled the good liquor on himself and then got into a scuffle with Johnny. His wife tried to calm down the situation, but got pushed against the wall by Frank. She lost consciousness and Johnny attacked his father because he believed that he had just killed his mother.
Johnny ended up being the bad guy because his mother was not dead and blamed him for assaulting his father. She helped Frank clean up his wounds.
(Steeltown Rockers#4) - Drunk Frank took his son's car keys to take a ride, but he didn't even make it out the garage after first hitting the garbage bin and then putting the car into forward gear by accident and running it into the wall. He angrily ripped out the radio and then told his shocked son that his car was broke.

The main image is upside down because it shows him falling out of his chair while drunk. Frank was the closest thing to a recurring villain the series had, but he is actually just a useless POS alcoholic.
Plattekill was misspelled with one t.
