History:
(Excalibur I#44) - Brother Brit-Man of Earth-65 is one of the many different incarnations of the hero Captain Britain. Brother Brit-Man was summoned to Otherworld to serve as a juror as the Captain Britain Corps placed Brian Braddock of Earth-616 on trial for the various crimes he had committed across the multiverse, Hauptmann Englande (of Earth-597) read out the events of the "Cross-Time Caper" and Captain Britain's various scuffles with other members of the Corps. Just as he was concluding his testimony, Brother Brit-Man interrupted him with a point of order, noting that he hadn't charged Braddock with the murder of Slaymaster. Hauptmann Englande replied that the killing of Slaymaster was "legitimate" because he had attacked and blinded Betsy Braddock and Article 56/6377253A of the Corps' constitution permits executive action in defense or revenge of Otherworld descendants. To this Brother Brit-Man asked, "What about the other dude he wasted--the cop?" Another juror answered, "that was Captain Britain 3913. His trial is tomorrow." Brother Brit-Man apologized for the error, saying "this alternative reality stuff does my head in." Hearing this, Brian Braddock agreed. When Braddock later refused to recognize the authority of the court the Corps attempted to execute him on the spot.
(Excalibur I#45 - BTS) - Braddock's execution was overturned by Roma, ending his fight against the Corps.
(X-Men: Die By the Sword I#3) - As Sir James Jaspers threatened Otherworld with an army of duplicates of the Fury, Roma and Saturnyne assembled the Captain Britain Corps, including Brother Brit-Man. The Corps fought valiantly but Jaspers and the Furies killed several of them, including Brother Brit-Man.
(Uncanny X-Force I#19 (fb) - BTS) - At some point after the battle with Jaspers, Brother Brit-Man and other members of the Corps who fell in battle were revived.
(Uncanny X-Force I#19) - Brother Brit-Man accompanied several members of the Corps as they confronted Fantomex, informing him that he was to be put on trial in Otherworld.
(X of Swords: Destruction I#1 - BTS) - The depleted ranks of the Captain Britain Corps were reignited by Saturnyne, but Brother Brit-Man was replaced by Sister Britain, the new champion of Reality-65.

His name was revealed in the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe A to Z II#2. As he more-than-somewhat resembles Alan Moore, he was named in honour of two of Moore's professional aliases - Jill de Ray and Curt Vile.

Captain Britain 3913 was the defender of his own reality. All that is known about him is that he was accused of killing a police officer and was scheduled to be tried by the Captain Britain Corps one day after the Brian Braddock of Reality-616. This confused Brother Brit-Man, who was apparently serving as a juror in both trials.
