Powers/Abilities: Physically limited by an unidentified degenerative disease, Billy Argent used cybernetics/bionics to maintain his existence.

    He could carry on a conversation verbally while typing out another conversation simultaneously. Via an audio unit he gives to others, they can hear his text messages verbally.

    Portions of his skull, including his left eye and ear and possibly his nose and parts of his jaw, have been replaced and/or augmented by bionic parts. He has a number of He appears to have some orthotic and/or nerve stimulation devices on his left forearm and hand. He appears to be seated in some sort of hover-chair, equipped with keyboard controls. It is possible that he is missing all or portions of his lower half, with his upper body being built into the chair.

    It is unrevealed whether his bionic prostheses grant him superhuman abilities, and it is similarly unrevealed what his physical capabilities are in light of his degenerative disease.

    He has a large number of employees, technology and wealth at his disposal. His company specialized in cyberware and organ growing.

Height: Unrevealed; his cybernetic form looked to be perhaps 3.5 - 4 feet tall; his original human form may have been around 5'8"
Weight: Unrevealed (impossible to estimate without material compositions of his components; at 5'8", his original form was likely around 130 lbs.)
Eyes: (Right/organic) light blue or purple; (left/cybernetic) yellow
Hair: Orange (bald on left half of head)

(The Transmutation of Ike Garuda#1 (fb) - BTS) - Billy Argent built Cybertronics on the research that it took to keep himself two steps ahead of a degenerative disease, gradually rebuilding himself in cyborg form.

    Needing a clearance card to investigate the theft of a sending platform, private investigator Ike Garuda transported to Cy-Systems.

    Ike met with Billy Argent, who slipped him some "ears" when they shook hands. Appreciating that Argent wanted to tell him things with out others hearing them, Ike used the devices.

(The Transmutation of Ike Garuda#1) - Acting as an agent of the courier service Hermeeze, Ike told Argent that they needed to recall unit they had leased to him, assuring him that they would replace the unit. Asking permission to finish his report while they spoke, Argent sent private information to Ike's "ear."

    While verbally stating that he didn't have whatever they were seeking and noting that the agent they had been tracking was Hermeeze and just leased by him, Argent texted that Tranzit had been on him like a vat-grown skin, indicating that the item was important; he additionally asked if the device was a means of transport. Argent further texted that the device must do something the Tranzit Authority's present equipment could not, and he speculated that perhaps it could re-connect them with the off-line planets (planets to which beings could not be sent to or received from via the G.A.S. (Galactic Access System)).

    Argent then stated that he didn't have time to go gizmo-shopping at Big Jim's Toy Works (presumably referring to Diamond Minds, a smaller mega-corp owned by Jim Diamond). He added that his business' production was at a standstill because of this item, and that building organs was where their money was. Meanwhile, he texted Ike that if he found the item and made it work for him, he would triple his fee...and that even that was negotiable.

    After Argent noted that the interview was ending as he had work to do, Ike heard a sequence of tones and then spotted a music box that seemed familiar to him. At Ike's query, Argent told him that Diamond Minds had given the music boxes away as promotional items. Ike subsequently departed.

(The Transmutation of Ike Garuda#2 - BTS) - Billy's nephew Eddie was present on Mas Vegas, Lirren Vyne's world, and he told Ike that his uncle sent his regards and that he was there to act on Billy's behalf, with Agwey carrying Billy's words.

    Eddie subsequently told Agwey to relay a message to Billy, apologizing for not being able to get the item for him and noting his suspicion of a mole on Tranzit Authority.

Earth-91716 In a future reality, interstellar spaceflight transportation has been rendered obsolete by the G.A.S. (Galactic Access System), an interstellar transportation system that uses teleportation devices called wombs that reconstruct their bodies and minds at the destination point.
