History:
(Thor I#497 (fb) - BTS) - At some point Marco and his friends wrecked Estelle's corvette.

Mental giant Marco San Antonio came up with a plan to become an Avenger by killing an active member of the team and then take his place on the team because he was pretty sure that they would let him reform. He acquired body armor and weapons specifically designed for him and took the codename Razorfist.

Marco spied on Thor for a month and realized that the hero had lost his superhuman abilities. He made the decision to make him his target to become an Avenger.

A friend of Marco loaned him his penthouse for a weekend for his plan and his girlfriend Estelle rented costume and weapon to become his partner Spiral. Marco set flower pots on fire on the roof of the apartment building that spelled out "Thor must die" to lure Thor into a trap. He waited on the roof with Spiral.

(Thor I#497) - Thor, who had recently regained his superhuman abilities, saw the message and landed on the roof only to be challenged to a fight by Razorfist. The madman explained his plan to Thor and was pretty sure that the hero was scared of him, but Spiral noticed that Thor didn't seem scared at all. Razorfist was sure that was vulnerable to his weapons and took flight to attack Thor, but a quick lightning strike from Mjolnir was enough to take Razorfist to the ground. He finally realized that Thor had regained his powers even though Spiral pointed out that it should have been pretty clear before because Thor was flying. Razorfist shot Thor when he seemed distracted, but the bullets and stake just bounced off Mjolnir and Thor's body. Thor retaliated by hitting Razorfist and Spiral with another lightning blast. Razorfist lost one of his rocket boots in the process. Thor decided to grant both wanna-be heroes the chance to fly and flew with them to Central Park where police officers had gotten trapped between two gangs. Razorfist held on to Spiral's leg during the flight. Thor wanted to give Razorfist and Spiral the chance to show what they were made off, but they cowered in fear. Thor took down most of the gang members, but then his powers vanished again and Razorfist and Spiral finally found the courage to fight to save Thor from the remaining miscreants.

Considering he claimed that he had his equipment specifically designed for him, he was probably rich.
