Powers: The Whisperer is able to access virtually any information to answer any question. It is summoned by a spell accessing a mystic box that contains a portal to the realm of Chthon. The Whisperer typically grants the answers to three questions in exchange for human sacrifice. It may choose to only give partial answers or reveal the answer in an ambiguous fashion.

The Whisperer's physical abilities are undefined.

History: Virtually nothing is known about the history of the Whisperer.

(Darkhold#12) - It was summoned to earth by the demon-child Diabolique, who had slain a human couple, Blanche and Merle Haverford, as sacrifices to it. In exchange for the sacrifices, the Whisperer answered three questions, all of which gave Diabolique information on the history and true nature of Victoria Montesi. I then returned to its own dimension.

The Whisperer's reaction upon being summoned by Diabolique indicates it has been summoned by her before, and that it finds her to be an annoyance.
