History:
(MOKF#29): To try and stop the heroin Carlton Velcro, Sir Denis sends Clive Reston under the cover of being a heroin buyer named Mr. Blue, and sends Black Jack Tarr and Shang-Chi off the Velcro’s estate at the gulf of Lions in southern France. At Velcro’s estate, Clive Reston, disguised as Mr. Blue, is met by Velcro. Velcro introduces Mr. Blue to one of his employers Razor-Fist--just to show Mr. Blue that although he wants to deal with him, Velcro will take his precautions. Later when Velcro learns that the man he knows as Mr. Blue has escaped the room he was sent to, he sends off his men to get him. They succeed and bring him to Velcro, who demands to know Mr. Blue’s real name and his employer.

(MOKF#30): While talking to Mr. Blue--angered at the man who claimed to be chief narcotic buyer for Great Britain, and then discovers that not only has he destroyed the heroin he bought so far, but also a large amount of Velcro’s own merchandise--the conversation is suddenly stopped when Black Jack Tarr drops through the window. Velcro orders his men to stop the two intruders. After Velcro’s men have captured the two intruders, Velcro himself demands to know if any other has infiltrated his complex. He gives his two intruders a choice, if they answer his two questions satisfactorily he will have them shot, if not then he will send them to his panthers. Suddenly Shang-Chi arrives saying that if Velcro doesn’t stop he will drop the stuff he has in his hands: Velcro decides to hold off the execution of the two intruders. The three escape out of the door, but Velcro uses his equipment to make the floor disappear underneath the three intruders, throwing them down to the panthers. After escaping the panthers, the three people discover that Velcro’s heroin is just a front for his nuclear power

(MOKF#31): Velcro, becoming more and more annoyed with the three intruders, decides to send one of his special agents against them, his panther trainer Pavane. Later, after Pavane is defeated, Razor-Fist is about to attack Shang-Chi, but then Velcro orders one of his men to gun down  Shang-Chi, and Razor-Fist is killed instead. Velcro tries to escape but his nuclear submarine is shot upon by his own men who have no idea that Velcro is inside, in the end the sub-marine crashes into Velcro’s fortress, destroying the fortress and seemingly killing Velcro at the same time.

(MOKF#34-bts): Watched on film by Mordillo, when he was seemingly killed.

(MOKF#35-bts): Mordillo yells at Shang-Chi that he has costed him a million dollars by murdering Velcro, whom he had been hired to assassinate.

(MOKF#105): Velcro is discovered to have survived the explosion of his fortress, and was rebuilt as a cyborg. He is also revealed to have trained two new Razor-Fists as replacement for the original. Learning that Pavane had been betraying him to Mordillo all along, Velcro sends Razor-Fist (II) to kill Pavane. Velcro then makes plans with Razor-Fist (III) to take vengeance on Shang-Chi and the rest of MI-6.

(MOKF#106): After Razor-Fist (II) was defeated by Pavane, with help from Shang-Chi and Leiko Wu, Velcro expects Pavane or Shang-Chi and Leiko Wu to come to his base to fight him. When Leiko and Shang-Chi arrive, he sends his other Razor-Fist (III) up against his enemy. Razor-Fist, who believes Shang-Chi is responsible for the death of the original Razor-Fist as well as his brother, lashed out at his enemy, but Shang-Chi reveals that Velcro was then one who caused that death. Razor-Fist asks Velcro if that is true. Velcro, mad at Razor-Fist for stopping the fight with Shang-Chi, grabs his gun and tries to shoot Shang-Chi. Instead, he accidently hits Razor-Fist, killing his second Razor-Fist. Velcro once more tries to shoot Shang-Chi, but fails because of Shang-Chi’s armor (worn specifically to even the odds against Velcro's guns). Shang-Chi disarms Velcro and then takes off his armor to fight the villain. Shang-Chi manages to break Velcro’s metal arm before hitting him in the head, knocking the villain unconscious. Later Velcro is picked up by the authorities
