Powers/Abilities: Cosmic Energy Blasts from his eyes.

History: It is not clear how he acquired this power, but he was probably mutated by the methane derivation of the planets atmosphere.

(Marvel Comics Presents I#35/4) - He is the Provider, aka He-Who-Is-Above-All: U' Sr' pr. He enslaved the rest of his race and forced them to labor to maintain the technology of their world, while he lived alone in the Tower of the Forgotten Past where everything was as it was once: Plants were everywhere, and it was not poisoned by the technology, which was now polluting the rest of the planet.
Her wanted to end his dictatorship. She blasted his throne, but also provided a force field so that U' Sr' pr could survive. He tried to beat Her with his cosmic blasts, but Her was too powerful. Her grabbed U' Sr' pr, and everyone on the planet saw how U' Sr' pr was defeated. Then Her took away his powers and brought him down to the other citizens of the planet. They wanted him to help clean up the planet., so U' Sr' pr cleaned up the mess he produced, working together with the U' Sr' prians and Her.

(Alpha Flight I#97-100 - BTS) - The U'Sr'Pr contacted his allies in the Consortium and sent them to kill Her for her interference in his rule.

U' Sr' pr should not be confused with:

• Conan, as he was called the Usurper @ Conan The Usurper#1-3 (October-December, 1997)
• any other Usurpers of thrones and other usurpable stuff, that are out their in the world of Comics

U' Sr' prians should not be confused with:

• Alien race of Al the Alien, @ US One#1 (September, 1983)
• any other bug-eyed and tentacle-faced races, that exist

Her aka Kismet (and Paragon, and J'Ridia Starduster, and probably Ayesha) should not be confused with:

• Her, the Earth X counterpart and mother to Mar-Vell @ Earth X#2 (May, 1999)
• All the women only referred to as "her"

The U' Sr' prians

The he people of U' Sr' pr. They had to live a productive life by order of U' Sr' pr. Working all the day and living in the dirt they produced. What a wonderful life. They were very happy about the arrival of Her on their planet. After U' Sr' pr was defeated by Her the U' Sr' prians showed mercy and didn't kill him. They just wanted him to help them clean up the planet. They called Her J'Ridia all the time. One of the U' Sr' prians told her the meaning on the last page of the story: She-Whose-Trail-Dusts-Hope or Starduster.
