History: (Marvel Comics Presents#59/4 - BTS) - Timmy would often play a game called Gang War with his friends. During these games, Timmy would pretend to be the Punisher.

(Marvel Comics Presents#59/4) - Sent into a warehouse with a gun by Mr. Ling, a local arms dealer, Timmy is meant to distract the Punisher, who has caught wind of Ling's operation. On his entrance, the Punisher throws a knife through his gun, which ends up being a water gun. The Punisher yells at the kid for being in such a dangerous place, when a group of assassins hired by Ling bust through the door, guns blazing. Timmy is thrown to safety by the Punisher, who deals with the mercs. Finding a gun, then a ventilation shaft, Timmy climbs in to escape. When he reaches the exit, he finds himself at Mr. Ling's feet. Mr. Ling takes the gun from Timmy, and prepares to shoot him, when the Punisher bursts into the room and mows down Ling. Timmy, finally seeing the Punisher as the coldblooded killer he is, runs away crying.

Mr. Ling is not to be confused with...

Mr. Ling was a smalltime illegal arms dealer who ran afoul of the Punisher. Ling decided using a kid to distract the Punisher would be the best way to catch him off guard, but this plan obviously didn't work. @M/CP#59/4

Mr. Ling's assassins, some of the quickest and sharpest shots from Chicago to Boston, didn't do all that much but get swiss cheesed by the Punisher. @M/CP#59/4
