cosmic-powered race that observes and records all that happens in the universe,
lives in the Blue Area of the Moon, most often interacts with the Fantastic
Four, once influenced Spider-Man in saving the life of Arthur Chekov's
granddaughter at Christmastime, later claimed Sphere of Ultimate Knowledge
which Spider-Man retrieved for the Authority.
