Powers/Abilities: Agent Simon was an efficient torturer and procurer of information, as well as a master of duplicity.
History: (Thunderstrike#6)- While Code: Blue was being held by S.H.I.E.L.D. aboard the Helicarrier for accessing top secret information on Tantalus, agent Simon was ordered by Alex DePaul to debrief "Mad-Dog" Rassitano, but chose to torture him for information instead. After returning Rassitano to his cell with the rest of Code: Blue, Rassitano joined them in staging a break-out, and they wound up tying up Simon so that they could tap into his computer. Simon was released after Nick Fury took control of the situation.
(Thunderstrike#7)- Simon joined Alex DePaul in attempting to take Pandara into S.H.I.E.L.D. custody after she was apprehended by Code: Blue, but Simon was actually an agent of Tantalus, and restored Pandara's box to her. Pandara thanked Simon by unleashing a blast of energy which disintegrated him.
