Powers/Abilities: Scylla can breathe underwater and survive deep beneath the ocean. He has a variety of lobster and octopus-like appendages, an elongated tail, and sharp teeth.

History: (Iron Man III#36 (fb, BTS))- Scylla was a participant in HYDRA experiment Project: Scylla to create a human hybrid who could exist in the depths of the ocean. However, the experiment ran wild after being mutated, and slew the crew of the HYDRA vessel where he had been made.

(Iron Man III#36)- Iron Man ventured into the craft on behalf of S.H.I.E.L.D., who wanted to salvage Scylla for their own purposes. Scylla asked Iron Man to help him, but Iron Man responded by blasting him. As they scuffled, the vessel fell from the shelf it had been laying on, and the hull buckled; Iron Man abandoned the vessel, leaving Scylla behind, but Scylla survived the vessel's plunge, and wandered into the ocean.
