Powers/Abilities: Bolton and Bradley wore battlesuits which came with an electra-force gun. They also possessed a jamming device which could cut off radio transmissions.

History: (Spider-Man Unlimited I#3/3)- Theodore Bolton and Diana Bradley were two lab technicians employed to design weaponry for New York's Code: Blue police team, but stole equipment from the city along with city funds. The two were brought up on criminal charges, but proceedings were stalled due to lack of evidence.

Bolton and Bradley used their stolen equipment and money to create for themselves their own "hostile takeover" company-- Ren-Tech, named for "renegade technology." They set out to steal equipment from Adarco, who had been conducting illegal weapons tests-- tests which included the creation of the hero Annex.

Annex attacked Ren-Tech, but they cut him off from Dr. Hillman Barto by jamming his frequencies, leaving Annex without power. They moved in for the kill, but Annex had enough power in his internal battery to magnetically attract their guns and jamming device to him, and crushed them, restoring him to full power. He took out both of them with a blast from his stun pistol, then turned them in to Code: Blue's custody.
