Powers: None. Reaper was a skilled marksman.

History: (Vampire Tales#7-8) - At some point in the past Reaper joined the cult Demon-Fire, becoming an agent of Apocalypse II, the leader of the entire cult. He was present when Morbius and Amanda Saint arrived in Gallow's Bend in search of her father. He was dispatched to slay them, but was defeated on two separate occasions. He was presumably killed when the amusement park in Gallow's Bend was blown up to destroy the rest of the cult.
