Powers/Abilities: Chief O'Grady is a skilled police administrator, assigned to oversee Code: Blue and serve their liaison to the city.
History: (Thunderstrike#13/2)- O'Grady held a meeting with Lt. Stone, Captain Conklin, and Jim Young of the mayor's office in which Young informed them that Code: Blue was costing the city too much money. After Code: Blue helped destroy a Doombot, Young revealed to them that the Krask and Krask law firm was suing them for the damages the Doombot caused, and that from now on, they would need Young's approval to send Code: Blue on a mission.
(Thunderstrike#14/2)- O'Grady met with Young, Stone and Conklin when the Wrecker went on a rampage. Young at first refused to send in Code: Blue, but ultimately relented. O'Grady was then summoned by the mayor himself, who was concerned with Code: Blue's actions.
(Thunderstrike#15/2)- After Conklin authorized Code: Blue to combat the Thermal Man, O'Grady was forced by Young to fire her and "temporarily" dissolve Code: Blue. O'Grady unfortunately informed Conklin of what had happened shortly after her husband had been slain during the clash with the Thermal Man.
(Thunderstrike#16/2)- O'Grady attended a press conference alongside Young and the mayor in which the mayor informed the press that Code: Blue had been shut down, but that it might re-open when the current "budget crunch" ended. However, when Kronin Krask assaulted the stock market, O'Grady convinced him to reinstate Code: Blue.
