Powers/Abilities: Francesi is a tough and ruthless criminal, but also an elderly man, he suffered a heart attack and died

History: (SA#8/1): After Hawkeye returns from France, Mockingbird is very mad at him for letting her stay behind. He decides to buy her some flowers and goes to "Flowers By Francesi," While there, a street gang of five young people come into the store, threatening the owner Francesi. Hawkeye manages to unmask one of them, revealing a guy whom Francesi knows as Puentes, before getting knocked down by one of the other kids. The kids escape, and Francesi himself says he doesn't want to call the cops, just wanting to manage his own business. Later the same night, Hawkeye and Mockingbird decide to keep an eye out for the kids, and decide to go to "Flowers By Francesi". They see a car pull up behind the store, and two goons walking with Puentes, taking him to Francesi, who is discovered as the real bad guy. But before Francesi can give the order to torture Puentes, Blind Justice strikes. Hawkeye and Mockingbird joins the action fighting Francesi's goons, seeing that Blind Justice and the two super heroes might win the battle, Francesi tries to run, but is stopped by Blind Justice, who is about to execute him. Hawkeye stops the vigilante, but Francesi himself suffers a heart attack. Hawkeye and Mockingbird rushed him to the hospital but he dies there
