History: (M/FAN I#48/2) - Cananaugh contacted his old friend She-Hulk with his powers, telling her that he needed her help. She-Hulk arrived in Los Angeles and went to see Dylan at Medtech, where he worked. Dylan told her that the president of Medtech was also a psychic, and he wanted Dylan to create industrial spies, so Medtech could make more money. She-Hulk helped Dylan defeat Mr. Ogden by going to the dream plane. There they fought Mr. Ogden who was very powerful, but in the end She-Hulk and Dylan managed to defeat Mr. Ogden.
