Powers/Abilities: Blitz's powers were largely undefined. She had superhuman strength to an unknown level (probably class 5-10). She never talked. Whether this was by choice or because she could not speak is unknown.

History:
Blitz's origins are unrevealed. At some point she joined the criminal New Enforcers.

(Web of Spider-Man I#99) - After the New Enforcers had hired the Foreigner to kill Bloodrose, Blitz and Eel went to the Foreigner's office to purge it of evidence incriminating them. Spider-Man had come as well to get some evidence of his own, and Blitz and Eel attacked him. Spider-Man fought Blitz and Eel until he managed to get Eel to accidentally electrocute Blitz.

(Web of Spider-Man I#100) - The Vanisher teleported Blitz away from Spider-Man. Later, when Bloodrose tracked the New Enforcers down to their headquarters, Blitz, alongside her teammates, attacked and disarmed him. However, Spider-Man came to the rescue in his new high tech armor and managed to defeat all the super villains present. Blitz was then arrested by the police.

SECRET WARS III HAPPENED

(Moon Knight IX#23) - The Life Foundation hired the New Enforcers (Blitz, Thermite, Tangle, Eel) to kidnap Venom (Dylan Brock), who ran to the Midnight Mission and Moon Knight for help. The Enforcers rushed into the Mission, which turned out to be the haunted House of Shadows, and Moon Knight and Venom systematically defeated them.

Comments: Created by Terry Kavanagh, Alex Suviek, and Joe Rubinstein

The New Enforcers are working for HYDRA in the Sega 32X game Spider-Man: Web Of Fire. I wouldn't bother mentioning established characters' appearances in video games, but I thought it was an interesting place for a second Thermite-616, Blitz and Tangle appearance.
It's a pretty awful game, though.
