History: (MOKF#99 (fb) ) - Carter Rufus went to the office of his boss Nicholas Blair to inform him about his recent run in with an assassin in Jerusalem, and the planning of a sabotage. Carter wanted Blair to try to stop the sabotage, but Blair tried to convince him that if they didn’t stop it, they would bring out a traitor within the CIA. Carter did not want to be part of that anymore, and told Blair he quit. Blair tried to stop him, first by words and then by shooting him.

(MOKF#99) - Blair was seen talking with Franklin (one of his agents), and told him to be on the watch for Rufus Carter -- he might try to sabotage the ship. Later Blair and his men tried to take over the ship; from another part of the ship Carter was watching. Carter suddenly remembered that the informer told him before he died, that it would be an inside job. Carter put two and two together and discovered that the true traitor was in fact Blair. Upon discovering Carter and Shang-Chi, Blair ordered his men to shoot them, but they failed and Carter kicked Blair in the head, defeating him. After Blair and his men were defeated, the police came to pick them up. Carter felt let down -- he used to consider Nicholas Blair more than a boss, he even considered him a friend
