History: Glen Baker received his powers from the White Event, which occurred July 22, 1986. His powers surfaced sometime after this. Realizing that no one would believe his predictions, he kept them to himself, using them for his own benefit.

(Justice#18 (fb) - BTS) <December 18, 1988> - Glen had a vision of the absolute destruction of Pittsburgh. Again, realizing no one would believe him, and having no desire to live after seeing such destruction, he resigned himself to dying when the destruction took place.

(Justice#18) - <December 19, 1988> - Justice approached Baker, warning him that the use of his power had not been appropriate--although it did not warrant death. Baker told Justice he had foreseen a great tragedy in which he would perish, and had no desire to survive it. Justice told him that he could make sure he wasn't around to see it, if that's what he wanted, but Baker told him he didn't think there'd be time.

Just then, Ken Connell, possessor of the Starbrand attempted to transfer the Starbrand into an inanimate object, a dumbbell, ten miles above Pittsburgh. The energy backlash caused an explosion that vaporized the city of Pittsburgh and its surrounding area. Though distant enough that they were not harmed by the explosion itself, both Justice and Baker were caught up in the wind as the surrounding atmosphere was pulled toward the Pitt to replace the sudden vacuum. As he was lifted into the air, Baker rapped the chain of a swingset around his neck, and he was instantly killed when the powerful wind broke his neck.
