History: BTS- The young mutant known as Oswald gained his mutant powers at puberty. At some point, he became involved with the militant mutant terrorists, The Brotherhood and it's enigmatic leader, Hoffman.
(The Brotherhood#1)- In a disco at Moscow, Oswald lamented his life, before blowing the place up. After stumbling out, Hoffman congratulated him on a job well done. Later, in England, Oswald appeared with Hoffman, putting a stop to the beating of a mutant by an angry crowd. After Hoffman cooled down the crowd and walked off with Fagin and Mike Asher, Oswald blew up the street and the gathered crowd.

It appears as though Oswald was one of the few Brotherhood members to live through the series, although it looks like that is mostly due to the writers forgetting about him.
There was much speculation who writer X was
when the book first started, but it showed to be
pretty smart that he didn't reveal his secret.
According to Prime Eternal: The
popular theory was Devin Grayson.
