Powers/Abilities: He bests his opponents at gun slinging by hypnotizing them - which implies that he must be a seriously skilled hypnotist.

History: (Kid Colt, Outlaw#102)- On Kid Colt's 17th birthday, Orville Jones waltzed in telling Kid Colt that he wanted to have a shoot out with him. Kid Colt accepted the challenge, and as the fight began, some of the townsfolk realized that Orville Jones was the hypnotist that hypnotized his opponents. Unable to tell Kid Colt, he started the shoot out. Everyone was surprised when Kid colt shot the guns from Orville’s hands. Kid Colt then told everyone that his father taught him to look at a man’s hands instead of his face and that’s why Kid Colt won the shoot out.

I think the Orb should be revealed to be Orville Jones' descendant.
