Powers/Abilities: Greedy, ruthless, strong. Military training, excellent hand-to-hand combatant. Proficient in use of guns.
While serving Dionysus, he had the use of an immense battle-tank, a taser blaster, and an adamantium garoté--all sufficient to injure the Class 100 strength Hercules.

Weaknesses: Blind on his right eye

History: (SA#11/2): The Olympian God Dionysus, after the recent defeat of the Olympian Gods by the mortal Avengers (@ Avengers I#284), decided that it was time to end the existence of Mt. Olympus and the gods within it. To this end, he teleported a nuclear warhead to the realm of the gods. Anticipating that Hercules would try to stop him, Dionysus made a deal with the mercenary Butcher T. Washington to fight Hercules, in exchange for being promised a place with great wealth. Butcher T overpowered and was about to kill Hercules when Dionysus changed his mind and sent him back to Earth; as promised to a place with great wealth--Fort Knox. He was captured by the guards there.
